Job summary

Saab is seeking a Sales Director to have product sales responsibility for the Gripen fighter aircraft support. You will work closely with the Gripen marketing organization and within campaign teams on support elements for new customers as well as follow-on contracts for existing customers.

You will lead customer adaptation of Gripen support solutions, ensure competitive offers, secure stakeholder understanding and commitment, and build trust across Saab and with external partners.

Qualifications

• Senior sales and management experience in complex solutions.
• Experience in product and solution development/management.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop support solutions and lead related sales work within Gripen campaigns.
• Secure competitive offers aligned with customer needs and Saab requirements.
• Secure stakeholder understanding, support and commitment.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships across Saab and external partners.
• Participate in negotiations, signing, and contract handover activities.
