Job summary

NKT is seeking a Senior Manager Project Planning to lead and grow a team of project planners for its global project portfolio. You will embed NKT's leadership principles, develop high-quality planning standards, and coach your team to excel across tenders and projects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a skilled team of project planners across all functional areas.
Maintain planning quality by ensuring consistent use of standards, guidelines and processes.
Ensure timely delivery of planning documents for tenders and projects.
Coordinate continuous improvements, including new tools, methods and reporting systems.
Oversee workload balancing, delegation and coordination across planning teams.
