Job summary

OHLA Sverige is seeking a Cost Controller to track, analyse and manage project costs in Sweden. You will support monthly cost reports, valuations on main contracts and ECIs, and assist with forecast expenditure and internal budget planning.

Responsibilities include cost review, cost control reporting of production, backtracking invoices from suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring cost allocation and invoice accuracy. Collaboration with finance and project teams is essential.

• Track and analyze project costs and support monthly cost reports.
• Prepare project valuations on main contracts and ECIs.
• Forecast expenditure and assist with internal budget planning.
• Verify invoices and ensure correct cost allocation.
• Backtrack supplier/subcontractor invoices and report costs.
