Job summary

Papershell AB is seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead strategic procurement and supplier management for our scaling Flagship Factory in Tibro, Sweden. Initially hands-on, the role will evolve to oversee the entire supply chain across procurement, logistics and distribution.

You'll work cross-functionally with Scaling, Development and Finance, building supplier governance and a robust sourcing function to support growth and international collaborations.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience in strategic procurement, industrial sourcing or supply chain within manufacturing or another relevant industrial setting.
• Proven experience of commercial negotiations and supplier agreements.
• Experience of CAPEX and machinery procurement, including international machinery, technology or industrial suppliers.
• Strong commercial and financial understanding.
• Fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial procurement of production equipment, automation, utilities and major investments.
• Develop sourcing strategies for critical equipment packages and strategic suppliers.
• Build long‑term relationships with strategic suppliers and commercial models for current and future factories.
• Integrate sustainability and ESG criteria into supplier evaluation and decisions.
• Track supplier performance across quality, delivery, cost and risk.
• Develop procurement processes, supplier governance and a supply chain organisation.
