Saab AB in Stockholm is seeking a strategic Head of Procurement - Direct Material East to lead the regional procurement delivery organization from the Stockholm site. You will drive supplier performance, cost competitiveness, and supply resilience while building strong partnerships with production, planning, engineering, and operations.

You will develop people, capacity, and organizational effectiveness, ensuring capable leadership and accountable teams.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within Procurement or related areas.
• Experience leading multiple managers and large organizational units.
• Strong capability in organizational development and change leadership.
• Proven collaboration with production, planning, operations, or critical functions.
• Knowledge of workforce planning and resource management in complex environments.

Responsabilités

• Site Leadership & Stakeholder Management: represent procurement in management forums and drive cross-functional alignment.
• People Leadership & Organizational Capability: lead and develop the procurement delivery organization at site level.
• Resource & Capacity Management: plan and allocate procurement resources to meet current and future needs.
• Strategic partnership and continuous improvement to support delivery, cost, quality, and supply resilience.
