Job summary

Siemens Energy in Sweden is seeking a Commodity Manager for packaging materials to drive procurement strategy and supplier performance across production areas. You will work with internal customers and cross-functional teams to align objectives and optimize supplier terms.

You will analyze purchasing data, lead negotiations, and manage supply chain risks while supporting growth and decarbonization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Finance or related field.
• Fluent English; Swedish is a plus.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and data analysis.
• Collaborative mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of procurement strategies for packaging materials.
• Collaborate with internal customers and cross-functional teams to align on objectives.
• Analyze purchasing data to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive negotiations for pricing and terms while building supplier relationships.
