Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Sweden seeks a senior transformation consultant to lead large-scale workforce and organizational transformations. You will advise senior executives on operating models, leadership, and workforce strategy in response to AI and digital disruption.

You will shape client strategies, build trusted relationships with HR leaders, and drive measurable business outcomes while mentoring colleagues and growing Capgemini Invent's practice.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in management consulting or comparable advisory environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience identifying opportunities and growing business.
• Demonstrated leadership including guiding multidisciplinary teams and coaching colleagues.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to engage C-suite and senior leaders.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Master’s degree preferred in business administration, organizational psychology, HR, engineering, economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑wide transformation programs with executive stakeholders.
• Shape the future workforce and operating models using AI and automation insights.
• Design organizations for the AI era with adaptive governance and structures.
• Contribute to market growth and thought leadership through proposals and partnerships.
