NCC is seeking an IT Procurement Manager to lead sourcing initiatives across software, cloud, infrastructure and IT services within the Nordic region. You will act as a commercial advisor to IT stakeholders, shape supplier governance, and drive negotiations and contract lifecycle management.

This role offers flexibility with hybrid work options and exposure to a broad technology landscape, contributing to NCC's digitalisation and innovation in construction.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in IT Procurement, IT Sourcing, IT Vendor Management or Supplier Management.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support sourcing initiatives across software, cloud, infrastructure, End User Services, IT Support and network services with ownership of IT sourcing portfolios.
• Act as a commercial advisor and sparring partner to IT stakeholders.
• Challenge and improve sourcing approaches, supplier operating models and commercial strategies.
• Evaluate alternative delivery models including managed services, outsourcing, reseller models and multi-supplier environments.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage IT agreements throughout their lifecycle.
• Translate technical, security and operational requirements into commercial and contractual solutions.
• Develop and drive sourcing and supplier governance, performance management and renewal planning across major technology suppliers.
• Support category planning, supplier roadmaps, risk management and optimisation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Service Owners, Architects, Information Security, Legal and business stakeholders to ensure aligned sourcing decisions.
