Job summary

NCC is seeking an IT Procurement Manager to join the Nordic IT procurement team. You will shape sourcing strategies across software, cloud, infrastructure and services, acting as a commercial adviser to IT stakeholders and leading negotiations on IT agreements.

The role offers exposure to a broad technology landscape, with opportunities to drive supplier governance, category planning and risk management across major technology suppliers in the Nordics.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in IT Procurement, IT Sourcing, IT Vendor Management or Supplier Management.
• Strong commercial mindset and contracting capability.
• Experience engaging credibly with IT stakeholders and governance structures.
• English and at least one Nordic language.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support sourcing initiatives across software, cloud, infrastructure, End User Services, IT Support and network services, with ownership of IT sourcing portfolios.
• Act as a commercial advisor and sparring partner to IT stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations and manage IT agreements throughout their lifecycle.
• Translate technical, security and operational requirements into commercial and contractual solutions.
• Develop and drive sourcing and supplier governance and renewal planning across major technology suppliers.
• Collaborate with Service Owners, Architects, Information Security, Legal and business stakeholders to ensure aligned sourcing decisions.
