Job summary

NCC is seeking a proactive Supplier Data Analyst to transform supplier data into actionable insights. You will drive reporting, visualization and empower teams across functions to improve competitiveness and manage risk throughout purchasing.

The role requires strong analytical skills, fluency in Swedish and English, and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments to deliver data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Academic degree or equivalent work life experience.
• Willingness to develop skills and seek new ways to improve.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making; proactive problem solving.
• Passion for teaching and empowering others in data literacy and analytics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written).

• Knowledge of legislation such as tax, labor laws, construction laws and contracts.
• Understanding of sustainability as part of purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Reporting, visualization and empowering teams; main contact for supplier deviation projects and reporting.
• Advanced data analysis: monitor supplier performance and manage supplier base in designated tools.
• Establish processes and structures: support data analysis, risk management, and collaboration with auditors and other units.
