Qualifications

• Experience in IT management and leadership, including cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of GMP/GxP and regulated IT environments, preferably pharma.
• Ability to align IT priorities with business objectives and global strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Infrastructure and Systems Engineering teams in Sweden.
• Develop and execute the local IT/digital roadmap aligned with global strategy.
• Drive digitalization initiatives across production, R&D, and business processes.
• Ensure GxP/GMP compliance and audit readiness for local systems.
• Strengthen IT security, cybersecurity, data protection practices.
• Manage IT investments, budgets, and performance reporting.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Collaborate across global/local functions and with external partners.
