Job summary

Fresenius is seeking a Country HR Head to lead the national HR agenda with a strong focus on the Operations and Production environment. This role involves strategic HR leadership and hands-on operational involvement across Sweden and the Scandinavia Cluster.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in HR leadership within a manufacturing context, a strong knowledge of labor law, and an ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Senior HR leadership experience in production environments.
• Experience with the HR 3 Pillar model and HR transformation.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the national HR strategy.
• Support organizational changes and manage HR-related impacts.
• Lead the Country HR Team across multiple sites.
