Job summary

Saab in Sweden is expanding its Information and Cyber Security organization and seeks an Information Security Manager to lead the BISOs and Security Operations, ensuring security is integrated into business operations while supporting strategic objectives.

The role focuses on building relationships with business leaders, developing a security program aligned with goals, and mentoring a team of BISOs. Preferred locations Solna/Stockholm or Kallebäck/Göteborg.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams of specialist professionals.
• Strong strategic ability to translate organizational goals into team objectives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Fluent communication in Swedish and English; stakeholder management.
• Understanding of applicable regulations and standards in Saab's industry.
