Job summary

Saab in Sweden is expanding its Information and Cyber Security organization and seeks an Information Security Manager to lead the BISOs and Security Operations, ensuring security is integrated into business operations while supporting strategic objectives.

The role focuses on building relationships with business leaders, developing a security program aligned with goals, and mentoring a team of BISOs. Preferred locations Solna/Stockholm or Kallebäck/Göteborg.

Your role

We are expanding the Information and Cyber Security organization within Business Area Surveillance and are looking for an Information Security Manager to lead our Information Security Operations team. In this role, you will ensure that information security is effectively integrated into business operations and supports the organization's strategic objectives.

Leading a team of Business Information Security Officers (BISOs), you will work closely with Security Operations and business stakeholders to create a security approach that enables business success while maintaining a strong security posture.

Your main tasks will be:

• Lead the integration of information security into business processes and operations.
• Drive a security culture that promotes awareness, accountability, and shared responsibility.
• Ensure information security requirements are translated into practical solutions that support business growth and agility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, aligning security objectives with business goals.
• Lead and develop a team of Business Information Security Officers (BISOs).

Preferred locations for this role are Solna/Stockholm or Kallebäck/Göteborg.

• Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills in Swedish and English.
• Understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices within Saab's industry.
• Experience from the defense industry, government authorities, or a global organization is highly valuable.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
