Job summary

Alleima seeks a Strategy & Business Development Lead to shape corporate strategy and drive long-term growth. You will work with divisions and senior leaders to translate insights into strategic initiatives and oversee cross-functional projects that deliver tangible results.

The role involves advising the CEO and Board, leading workshops, and building international relationships to share knowledge and enable value creation. Proficiency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, business development or management consulting.
• Experience leading strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to translate insights into practical recommendations and actions.

Responsibilities

• Drive and contribute to the development of Alleima’s corporate strategy.
• Advance continuous business improvement focusing on strategy, commercial and operational excellence.
• Provide strategic analysis and support to CEO, Group Executive Management and Board of Directors.
• Advise leadership on strategic planning and initiatives from idea to execution.
• Lead development projects and facilitate workshops.
• Strengthen business intelligence by developing insights on markets, competitors, technology and macroeconomic trends.
• Build cross-functional and international relationships to share ideas and expertise.
• Lead or contribute to M&A projects.

Education

University degree in finance, engineering, business administration or related field
