Alleima is seeking a Strategy & Business Development Lead to shape its corporate strategy and drive long-term growth. You will translate market insights into strategic recommendations and lead cross-functional initiatives across divisions and geographies.

The role requires analytical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership, including the Board. Travel to Sandviken and Stockholm is expected, with international exposure as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of Alleima’s corporate strategy.
• Advance continuous business improvement across strategy, commercial, and operations.
• Provide strategic analysis to the CEO, Executive Management and Board.
• Advise leadership on strategic planning and initiatives from ideas to execution.
• Lead development projects and facilitate workshops.
• Strengthen intelligence on markets, competitors, tech and macro trends.
• Build cross-functional and international relationships to share insights.
• Lead or contribute to M&A projects.
