Job summary

Alleima is seeking a Strategy & Business Development Lead to shape corporate strategy and drive long-term growth from Stockholm or Sandviken. You will translate market insights into strategic initiatives while collaborating with divisions and senior leaders across geographies.

You will lead cross-functional projects, support the CEO and Board with strategic analyses, and foster international relationships to create value. Travel to sites and international assignments may be required.

Qualifications

Experience in strategy, business development or management consulting.
Leading strategic projects across complex organisations.
Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations and plans.
Comfort with communicating to senior management and the Board.

Responsibilities

Drive development of Alleima’s corporate strategy.
Advance business improvement focusing on strategy, commercial and operational excellence.
Provide strategic analysis and support to the CEO, Group Executive Management and Board.
Advise leadership on strategic planning from ideas to execution.
Lead development projects and facilitate workshops.
Strengthen insights on markets, competitors and macro trends.
Build cross-functional, international relationships to share ideas.
