Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in portfolio management, finance/controlling, product management or strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of product and commercial economics, with ability to assess profitability and pricing.
• Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a financial business partner to Group Product Planning and Commercial Solutions.
• Develop and align Group-wide profitability analyses across product segments, brands and markets.
• Assess roadmaps and commercial plans from a financial perspective, identify profitability gaps and risks.
• Support regional and country sales strategies with financial insights and a Group perspective.
• Conduct financial trade-off and scenario analyses to support prioritization and resource allocation.
