Job summary

Arelion, based in Solna, Sweden, is seeking a Business Controller to join the Business Performance team. The role focuses on FP&A activities, providing high-quality financial analysis and strategic insight to support management decisions.

The successful candidate will forecast, budget, perform variance analysis, and support closing processes, collaborating with multiple teams in a fast-paced, international environment, and communicating clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• At least three years in Controllership, preferably international companies.
• Familiar with BI and planning tools; able to analyze large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Manage reporting and planning cycles, including forecast, budget, monthly reporting and analysis.
• Owns the business partnering relationship for their area, supports decision-making and performance management.
• Monitor performance through KPI analysis and provide insights throughout the year.
• Prepare presentations and materials for management and board.
• Contribute to digital transformation projects and improvement initiatives using financial software.
