Job summary

Beijer Electronics is seeking a Financial Controller to manage accounting, reporting, analysis and process improvements for European entities. Based in the Malmö Shared Service Center, you will collaborate with Business Control, Group Finance, auditors and local teams across multiple countries.

You will own the monthly, quarterly and annual closing and reporting cycle, and support budgeting, audits and other financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of experience as a Financial Controller, Accountant or similar role.
• Strong accounting and financial reporting skills.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Strong Excel skills and a genuine interest in data and analysis.
• Interest in ERP systems, digitalization and process improvement.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to business transformation projects.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

As Financial Controller, you’ll have a broad role covering accounting, reporting, analysis and process improvement for legal entities across our European organization.

Based in our Financial Shared Service Center in Malmö, you’ll work closely with Business Control, Group Finance, auditors and local teams across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Germany, the UK and the Netherlands.

You’ll own the monthly, quarterly and annual closing and reporting cycle, while supporting budgeting, audits and other financial processes. You’ll also use financial data to spot trends, understand deviations and support better decisions.

And there’s more. You’ll be encouraged to challenge existing processes, explore new technology and drive improvements, automation and transformation across finance.
