Job summary

Stegra is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Controller to join as Financial Controlling Lead. You will ensure high‑quality reporting, IFRS compliance, and continuous process improvements while partnering with business leaders.

You will lead group reporting, IFRS/GAAP governance, and audit coordination, empowering the organization with sound financial insights and effective controls across projects and manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance and accounting or equivalent.
• Extensive senior accounting/financial controlling experience.
• Strong IFRS and Swedish tax knowledge.
• Experience with inter‑company models and audits.
• Experience from system implementations and change management.
• Leadership and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate group reporting and annual reports.
• Drive IFRS, Swedish GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Oversee inter‑company charge-outs and cost allocations.
• Support audit processes and tax/compliance matters.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive efficiency through systems.
• Guide productivity improvements and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate on ERP/BI projects and system upgrades.
• Provide advisory support on strategic finance decisions.
