Job summary

Stegra AB is looking for a Treasury Controller to manage daily treasury operations and improve cash management processes. This role is part of the Finance team, reporting directly to the Head of Treasury.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in treasury management systems. Benefits include competitive compensation, up to 30 days of paid vacation, and flexible hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in treasury, financial controlling or a related role.
• Experience with liquidity planning and financial reporting.
• Understanding of financial instruments such as FX and interest-rate derivatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily cash positioning and liquidity.
• Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts.
• Produce treasury reporting for stakeholders.
• Monitor financial risks and prepare risk reports.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial counterparties.
