Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Strong experience with Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and IIS.
• Solid understanding of networking and firewall configurations.
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain operational environments for customers across Sweden and Norway.
• Support municipalities with SQL Server, IIS, Azure, SAML, OIDC configuration, APIs, firewalls, and PKI certificate management.
• Act as a technical expert in customer implementation projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Continuously build knowledge of products and solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical system support.
