Job summary

Realforce is seeking a Lead DevOps & Platform Engineer to take complete ownership of our cloud infrastructure, deployment platforms, and developer tooling. You will be both strategist and builder, architecting scalable systems while coding to empower product teams.

You will drive automation, reliability, and security, building self‑service platforms and CI/CD automation to enable fast, safe software delivery. Hybrid/remote options available in Gothenburg, Stockholm, or Malmö.

Qualifications

Deep, hands-on experience managing production cloud infrastructure on AWS and containerized workloads in Kubernetes.
Modern Infrastructure as Code with Pulumi (or Terraform) and declarative deployments via GitOps tools (Argo CD).
Strong experience maintaining automated delivery pipelines (Jenkins/Argo) and scripting (Python, Bash, or similar).
Experience with logging/monitoring stacks (ELK, Sentry, Prometheus/Grafana).
Background operating production databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, Elasticsearch).
Ability to guide engineers on cloud security, networking, and DevOps practices in Agile settings.

Responsibilities

Own long‑term vision for cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and developer experience.
Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.
Implement Infrastructure as Code and drive GitOps workflows.
Build self‑service platforms and CI/CD automation for product teams.
Own observability, logging, and monitoring and lead incident response.
