Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled professional to lead and support the implementation of Mercur Business Control for both new and existing customers in Malmö. You will gather business requirements, translate them into practical system solutions, and design and configure Mercur to meet customer needs.

The role involves developing integrations with other systems, building dashboards, and delivering industry-specific enhancements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop practical business solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of Mercur Business Control for new and existing customers.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Design, configure, and customise Mercur to meet customer needs.
• Develop and manage integrations between Mercur and other systems.
• Design and build reports, dashboards, and decision-support solutions.
• Deliver customer- and industry-specific system enhancements and configurations.
• Conduct system testing, deployment, and go-live activities.
• Provide user training and ongoing customer support.
• Manage customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project lifecycles.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality solutions and successful project outcomes.
