Job summary

Axalta is seeking a Distribution Sales Specialist – Automotive Refinish in Gothenburg to drive sales and profitability across Swedish distributors and end-users. You will own channel performance, nurture partner relationships, and pursue new business opportunities for Axalta Refinish products and services.

You will collaborate with OEM/FLI accounts, support contract negotiations with the EMEA Key Account team, and implement national and EMEA strategies at the territory level.

Qualifications

Strong experience in automotive aftermarket, ideally Refinish/Collision.
Solid experience with distributors and key accounts.
Business acumen, financial understanding, and sales performance management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce).
Fluent English; Swedish as native language.

Responsibilities

Own sales performance and profitability across all Swedish distributors.
Develop and maintain strong distributor relationships and support key end users.
Identify, drive and realize new business opportunities in paint, non-paint products and services.
Monitor partner performance and continuously improve sales processes.
Coach and develop distributor sales teams; ensure aligned execution with Axalta processes.
