Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior Delivery Lead to own technical delivery plans for multiple interdependent workstreams, translating business goals into a milestone-driven roadmap. You will guide day-to-day engineering execution across OpenAI FDE and customer teams, ensuring timely production deployments and adoption.

You will partner with Product and Research to land platform components, codify reusable patterns, and present KPI-based impact to executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership.
• Experience leading large, complex customer engagements, ideally with AI.
• Ability to operate in high-ambiguity environments and map requirements to plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery plan for multiple interdependent workstreams with milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Run day-to-day engineering execution and drive delivery across teams; protect the critical path.
• Embed with customer teams to land production deployments and drive adoption and change management.
• Partner with Product and Research to align platform components with deployment goals.
• Codify patterns and extract reusable signals to improve product and models.
• Define value hypotheses and KPI tracking, incl. pre/post deployment measurement to executives.
