• Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in premium fashion retail.
• Experience leading a store team and achieving sales targets.
• Strong CRM and clienteling skills with focus on loyalty.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage and develop the store team, including coaching and recruiting.
• Drive daily, weekly and monthly targets and act on P&L signals.
• Deliver excellent service and brand-right experiences for customers.
• Set routines, priorities and action plans; maintain brand standards.
• Maintain visual standards and coordinate in-store activations.
• Oversee stock, deliveries, returns and omnichannel operations.
