Adidas Stockroom Manager opportunity in Stockholm Brand Center seeks a hands-on leader to own stockroom operations, drive product availability, and ensure fast order fulfillment. Qualifications

• Experience in stockroom, logistics, or retail operations.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the stockroom (warehouse, replenishment, and product flow).
• Ensure store KPIs are met or exceeded through efficient operations.
• Lead, coach, and organise the stockroom team to deliver speed, accuracy, and excellence.
• Ensure perfect product availability on the shop floor at all times.
• Manage Click & Collect orders, ensuring fast, accurate picking, packing, and handover.
• Execute Ship-from-Store orders, including strict adherence to packing deadlines and quality standards.
• Oversee inbound deliveries, transfers, and returns with full accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all inventory processes, loss prevention standards, and store operations procedures.
• Run and support inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy at all times.
• Collaborate closely with the sales floor team to drive seamless product flow and customer experience.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and high-performance working environment.
• Continuously improve stockroom processes to increase speed, productivity, and efficiency.
• Inspire and develop your team through coaching, feedback, and leadership by example.
