Adidas Stockholm Brand Center is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the day-to-day store operations, coach the team, and deliver exceptional consumer experiences. You will step in for the Store Manager when needed and help drive store KPIs with strong leadership and a customer-first mindset.

In this dynamic retail environment, you will oversee merchandising, stock availability, and health and safety standards while developing a high-performing team and ensuring a premium Adidas brand

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional service and hit KPIs.
• Drive sales, productivity, and profitability across your area of responsibility.
• Coordinate daily store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure health, safety, security and brand compliance standards.
• Own store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
