Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service and hit store KPIs.
• Drive sales performance, productivity, and operational excellence on the shop floor.
• Be a role model for premium customer service and advanced selling techniques.
• Coach and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement.
• Use commercial insights and KPI knowledge to improve business results.
• Ensure visual merchandising, product availability, and store standards are maintained.
• Coordinate replenishment and stock flow to maximise product availability.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Create a safe, engaging, and easy-to-shop environment for customers.
• Collaborate with store leadership and share best practices to drive success.
