Job summary

Minnovation International AB in Stockholm is seeking a Senior Accountant to take ownership of core accounting routines and support group accounting activities. This role requires a thorough understanding of Swedish accounting practices and strong collaboration skills to ensure accurate financial reporting.

As a Senior Accountant, you will manage day-to-day accounting tasks, participate in month-end and year-end closing processes, and ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements. The company promotes a multicultural working environment and offers opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of qualified accounting experience, preferably in a Swedish environment.
• Solid knowledge of Swedish accounting rules and reporting requirements.
• Experience with payroll accounting and personnel cost reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain accurate accounting records for Swedish entities.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare VAT, employer tax, and other statutory reports.
