Job summary

Scania is seeking a Senior Accountant for the Swedish legal entity within Production and Logistics Accounting and Reporting. You will own the close and reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely results, and collaborate with Tax, Audit and process teams.

As part of a transformation, you will support the Oracle-to-SAP S/4HANA migration and contribute with deep accounting expertise and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• End-to-end accounting and reporting for a Swedish legal entity.
• Close coordination with Tax specialists and auditors.
• Hands-on accounting with structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly and annual close and reporting for the designated Swedish legal entity.
• Ensure IFRS and Swedish statutory compliance, coordinating with Tax specialists.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations, controls and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate payroll and other interface postings, ensuring proper approvals.
• Support Oracle-to-SAP S/4HANA transformation through testing and data validation.
