About the Role
We are looking for a full‑stack engineer who will own a large portion of a product and take projects from concept to launch. Responsibilities include researching competitors, writing product specs, creating wireframes, and building features end‑to‑end.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build automated interview scheduling, simplifying the “Calendar Tetris” problem.
- Develop a generalized declarative filter architecture that allows users to create complex filters and compile them to SQL.
- Spec, design, and implement features that let users complete signing offers entirely within the platform.
- Own projects across product, design, and engineering, collaborating with product managers and designers.
Qualifications
- Proficient across the full stack, comfortable writing front‑end code, and choosing new infrastructure.
- Experience tackling product and technical ambiguity, building powerful abstractions for customers.
- Strong balance between speed and quality, delivering high‑quality software on schedule.
- Excellent collaborator and communicator, vetting decisions with stakeholders and working cross‑functionally.
- Self‑motivated, ambitious, and open to feedback; thrives in environments with ownership and minimal process.
Benefits
- Competitive salary and equity.
- 10‑year exercise window for stock options.
- Unlimited PTO.
- Minimum 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave (longer in some countries).
- Generous equipment and software budget.
- Monthly education budget.
- Health insurance (US) or high‑quality supplemental health insurance (other countries); premiums covered.
