The Role:

You will Lead, Influence & Build Across the Entire Product Landscape. This is a brand-new position (sitting above individual teams) and working horizontally across all product areas. You’ll partner closely with engineering leadership, product and business stakeholders to uncover new opportunities, shape technical strategy and solve complex, cross-functional problems.

What you’ll drive:

• Identify and own high-level engineering and business challenges
• Lead technical discovery, spike initiatives and new product/feature exploration
• Push forward opportunities to deploy AI, automation and internal tooling
• Evaluate and mature internal workflows, technical processes and cross-team collaboration
• Act as a senior technical mentor and multiplier across engineering
• Collaborate deeply with product, operations and leadership to align tech with business outcomes

What makes you a great fit?

• Experience as a Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, CTO, or similar
• A track record of solving business-critical problems, not just building features
• Comfortable operating in high-growth, fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Ability to drive initiatives from concept → delivery → measurable business impact
• Excellent communication and the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on senior engineering capabilities; familiarity with: TypeScript, Node, React, Next.js, React Native, AWS, Postgres, MongoDB, IaC and modern cloud architectures
