Job summary

AAC Omnisys (Omnisys Instruments AB), based in Gothenburg, is seeking a technical project manager to lead and coordinate small development projects in microwave and radiometer systems. You will support senior project managers and drive subprojects with external suppliers to meet time, quality, and delivery targets.

The role requires a strong technical background, experience with international subcontractors, and a knack for analyzing risks and schedules.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in microwave technology or electronics is preferred.
• Experience with international subcontractors and vendors.
• Strong understanding of complex technical systems and development projects.
• Interest in project economics and cost follow-up.
• Analytical, structured and able to identify risks.
• Enjoy coordinating with many points of contact.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead small technical development projects and monitor progress.
• Lead and monitor subcontractors through reports and meetings.
• Plan, lead, and document meetings with clear follow-up actions.
• Analyze project plans to identify risks, deviations, delays.
• Coordinate status reporting with technical experts and project management.
• Develop project plans in collaboration with colleagues.
• Organize and maintain project data and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Discuss challenges with team and identify solutions.
• Document requirements and support process documentation.
