Job summary

Saab AB in Solna is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategically important development projects within autonomous systems, AI-enabled capabilities, and future battlespace solutions. You will be responsible for delivering complex projects by guiding multidisciplinary teams and collaborating closely with customers, users, and key stakeholders.

You will balance technology, operational needs, and business objectives, ensuring delivery with the right quality, cost, schedule, and risk

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Engineering, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Several years of PM experience in systems development or a tech-intensive industry.
• Experience leading large, complex development projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of systems engineering and product development lifecycles.
• Experience in security-sensitive, safety-critical environments.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, and project deliveries.
• Strong communication in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead development projects within autonomous systems and future battlespace solutions from initiation to delivery.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure collaboration between customers, users, and development teams.
• Manage priorities, dependencies, and risks across projects and programmes.
• Contribute to strategic planning, business development, and portfolio growth.
• Support the continuous improvement of project methodologies and ways of working.
