OHB Sweden AB is seeking a highly structured, analytical Procurement Manager to lead procurements for mechanical and electronic parts and tools across multiple projects in the space sector. You will help roll out a new ERP system and optimize procurement processes in collaboration with Project Office and Engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in procurement, preferably in aerospace or high-tech environments, with strong negotiation and supplier-management skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business admin, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years procurement experience, preferably aerospace or high-tech.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Structured and analytical working style with ability to translate requirements into workflows.

Responsabilités

• Manage all procurement activities across multiple projects for mechanical parts, electronic parts and manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Ensure that all units are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the project's objectives.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers for critical components, conduct market analysis, and develop sourcing strategies.
• Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and policies, maintaining transparency on procurement status, issues, and deliverables.
• Support the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of procurement processes in connection with the introduction of a new ERP system.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Office and Engineering teams to support project needs and proposals.
