Atlas Copco is seeking a Digitalization and Process Analyst – Sourcing in Stockholm. You will drive sourcing excellence by improving processes, tools and data governance across the organization and partnering with IS/IT to enable scalable, future-ready solutions.

You will own key sourcing processes, define standards, analyze gaps, and translate needs into practical actions and roadmaps. The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven improvement and AI opportunities across global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in process development, sourcing, supply chain or similar with governance or digital ways of working.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and practical solutions.
• Experience with systems, data flows or application ownership is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve key sourcing processes and applications, including governance and roadmaps.
• Create alignment across functions and set clear standards for sourcing processes.
• Facilitate process reviews and identify opportunities for improvement based on feedback.
• Collaborate with IS/IT and partners to support data flows and digital architecture for sourcing.
