Job summary

Ericsson seeks a motivated early-career professional to join the Sourcing Business Operations team in Stockholm for a 6-month paid assignment focused on AI, automation, and digital solutions. You will analyze sourcing processes, help create reports and dashboards, and collaborate with sourcing professionals to drive innovation.

Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll contribute to initiatives that improve efficiency and create better ways of working across the sourcing organization.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated or early career stage.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, digital transformation, and analytics.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sourcing processes, reports, and dashboards to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the development of AI‑enabled solutions and automations.
• Work with Copilot, Glean, and other digital tools to improve efficiency.
• Create reports, dashboards, and business insights.
• Document and promote new solutions and best practices.
• Contribute to process improvement and innovation initiatives.
