Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or architect roles.
• Solid grasp of internet architectures, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, routing, and hybrid cloud.
• Hands-on experience with WAF, DDoS protection, Bot Management, and Zero Trust.
• Ability to explain complex network and security transformations to developers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical pre-sales process and demonstrate Akamai's solutions.
• Architect and run high-impact product demos, analyses, and POC trials.
• Align customer initiatives with Akamai's platform with sales leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering to share insights and develop technical content.
• Deliver accurate architectures for web, security, and cloud deployments.
