Job summary
Icomera, a global leader in connectivity for trains and public transport, seeks a Sales Engineer in Gothenburg, Sweden. You’ll join a small, expert Solution Consultancy & Engineering team, supporting technical sales across markets and acting as the bridge between customers, Sales and Engineering.
Responsibilities include translating requirements into technical solutions, leading workshops, and supporting bids and tenders.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles.
- Strong IT infrastructure, IP networking, and connectivity knowledge.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication of technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical advisor during customer engagements, pre-sales activities and tender processes.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead workshops, presentations and technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
- Develop technical proposals, solution documentation and risk assessments.
- Work closely with Sales, Product Management and Engineering to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Help drive continuous improvement through customer insights, standardisation and best practices.
