Job summary

DeLaval is seeking a Solution Architect to shape its digital products and platforms. You will bridge business needs and technology to create scalable, secure software solutions, joining the DeLaval Plus team serving dairy farmers and service partners worldwide.

As a pragmatic technology leader, you will define architecture principles, guide teams, and align stakeholders across Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UX designers and developers to deliver robust, value-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Solution Architect or technical lead.
• Strong system architecture and software development background.
• Experience with multi-system designs and integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, APIs, and event-driven solutions.
• Understanding of security, scalability, reliability, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve architecture principles and guidelines.
• Design scalable end-to-end solutions and product capabilities.
• Lead architectural discussions and coach engineers.
• Ensure security, performance, and maintainability.
• Drive alignment and contribute to the technical roadmap.
