Are you passionate about connectivity, digital services, and designing scalable solutions that enable the next generation of connected products and services? We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join a highly skilled team working with modern digital platforms, connectivity services, and large-scale distributed systems.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the architecture of business-critical digital services, ensuring secure, scalable, and future-proof solutions. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, Enterprise Architects, and other stakeholders to drive architectural decisions and support the long-term evolution of the domain.

Responsibilities

Drive and define architectural solutions during early product and service development phases

Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, and Enterprise Architects to align business needs with technical solutions

Produce and maintain architectural artifacts, including high-level and detailed solution designs, system workflows, and data models

Ensure security, scalability, performance, and maintainability requirements are incorporated into all proposed solutions

Communicate architecture decisions and technical direction to development teams and stakeholders

Contribute to and support the long-term strategic technology roadmap for the domain

Drive the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to create business value and technical innovation

Lead architectural initiatives and, when needed, coordinate cross-functional teams

Define and champion the domain vision in close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders

Support continuous improvements in architecture frameworks, methods, and ways of working

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience within IT, including at least 5 years in a Solution Architect or similar architecture-focused role

Proven experience leading architectural initiatives and acting as Lead Architect in complex environments

Strong experience working in Agile, SAFe, and DevSecOps organizations

Hands‑on experience with connectivity and telematics technologies

Experience designing and implementing microservices‑based architectures

Experience designing high‑load, high‑availability systems and performance optimization strategies

Strong understanding of computer networking principles and distributed systems

Experience with Java, Spring Boot, JMS, Linux, relational databases, and NoSQL databases

Knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably AWS and/or Azure, including serverless architectures

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Experience

Experience working with connected products, IoT platforms, or digital services ecosystems

Knowledge of event‑driven architectures and large‑scale distributed systems

Experience driving organizational and technical change related to architecture frameworks and methodologies

Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders

Interest in AI, emerging technologies, and their practical application in digital services
