Job Summary

We are looking for a technically strong Solution Architect with solid hands‑on experience from software development, integrations and modern cloud‑based platforms. The role requires the ability to translate business needs into robust, scalable and secure technical solutions, while maintaining a holistic view across systems, data flows, vendors and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

You will be expected to shape and translate Business and IT strategy and needs into realizable and sustainable technology solutions. You will ensure that solutions are designed for production, can be delivered efficiently, and are secure, scalable, maintainable and compliant.

You will be responsible for producing and maintaining high‑level and detailed solution designs in collaboration with engineering teams, product owners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Broad technical understanding and developer background. Strong communication skills with the ability to guide and advise stakeholders, product owners and engineering teams. Agile mindset, quick to adapt to challenges and learn from new experiences.

Skills

• Experience working as an Architect, including owning solution design and technical direction across initiatives
• Experience documenting and communicating solution designs and technical decisions
• Previous development experience using technologies such as .NET, C#, Web API or Java
• Experience in defining Integration Roadmaps & Architecture and/or working with cloud solutions (Azure, AWS or GCP, etc.)
• Knowledge of best practices within APIs, integrations and microservices
• Experience working with integrations, SaaS platforms and complex system landscapes involving third‑party vendors
• Familiar with agile ways of working and DevOps
• Higher diploma (e.g. Bachelor's or Master's degree) or equivalent

Location & Language

This role is based in Stockholm or Oslo. Fluency in English is required.
