Job summary

Swedbank is seeking a seasoned PEGA developer to join our leading PEGA practice in Sweden. You will develop, test and maintain applications in Swedbank’s advanced systems, collaborating with agile teams to ensure continuous operation 24/7.

You will bring a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science with at least 7 years PEGA experience, strong debugging and integration skills, English fluency, and a collaborative mindset. Swedish language skills are highly regarded and welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field (mainly computer science)
• At least 7 years hands-on experience from PEGA development
• Business functionality development, debugging, best practices, performance, integrations, unit testing etc
• Experience of working with database

What is needed in this role:

• Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in a related field (mainly computer science)
• At least 7 years hands-on experience from PEGA development
• Business functionality development, debugging, best practices, performance, integrations, unit testing etc
• Experience of working with database
• Log monitoring
• At least PEGA CSSA certification
• Understanding of the agile way of working and the right attitude
• A believer in teamwork, cooperation, and communication
• Receptive to feedback for improvement, continuous learning
• Being fluent in English
• Swedish is highly regarded
