Swedbank is seeking a senior Java developer for its Corporate Lending team in Stockholm. You will join a highly experienced, collaborative group working across API design, microservices, and full-stack development including Kundportalen and Andromeda APIs.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Be part of our cross-functional and Agile teams with deep knowledge in the Lending processes, particularly Corporate Lending.
• Participate in identifying customer needs and turning them into functionalities and business capabilities.
• Define Corporate Lending specific APIs, frameworks and development processes according to best practices.
• Work with developing integrations with multiple source systems.
• Be full-stack, work with FDP development in Kundportalen along with Andromeda APIs and a SQL backend.
• Agree on launch activities together with the team, stakeholders and APO.
• Be a team player and contribute to the team's way of working constantly improving.
• Learn from others and share your skills and experiences in community of practice.

What is needed in this role:

• University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in JAVA development and tools.
• Experience in agile way of working (preferable Scrum, SAFe frameworks).
• Experience in API design, microservices architecture, modular development, component identification and encapsulation of business capability.
• Business domain knowledge within the Corporate Lending area is considered an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and being fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrate self-leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
