Job summary

Sinch is seeking a Software Developer for the Rating Engineering team in Malmö. You will collaborate in an agile, cross-functional environment, owning deliverables and turning user stories into testable, maintainable code within a hands-on coding role.

You will work on a distributed, high-performance rating system based on Kafka, requiring strong Java/Spring experience, Docker, and familiarity with TDD/automation frameworks. English is the corporate language for all communications.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, GRPC, and MySQL.
• Experience with message queues like RabbitMQ and Kafka and Kafka Streams.
• Strong development experience with a deep understanding of the development life cycle.
• Proficiency in Docker and Microservice Infrastructure.
• Familiarity with TDD and/or automation tools such as JUnit, DBUnit, or other automated test frameworks.
• Proven expertise in designing, building, and operating high-performance, highly available distributed systems.

The monthly salary for this position is between 43,800 SEK - 65,700 SEK. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
