Overview

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business users and the team to create sustainable technical solutions for regulatory reporting.
  • Provide accurate estimations and break work into user stories and tasks.
  • Develop and manage code efficiently, performing tests to safeguard quality and gather user feedback.
  • Engage in continuous integration activities, coordinating with other development teams on changes that affect the regulatory reporting system.
  • Participate in cross‑training and code reviews to spread knowledge across the team.
  • Own responsibilities, deliver on deadlines, and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Advocate for and continuously improve agile practices and the overall development process.
  • Drive change within the business through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong background in software development.
  • Experience and knowledge of Trading and Capital Markets products.
  • Proficiency with Datavault, Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), Visual Studio, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), CI/CD pipelines.
  • Basic understanding of regulatory reporting, financial products, and agile methodologies.
  • Willingness to learn about regulatory frameworks such as MIFIR, REFIT, and MMSR if not yet familiar.
