Job summary

Stegra is seeking a Social Sustainability Coordinator in Boden, Sweden to build constructive community relationships and lead social initiatives around operations. The role spans planning, executing engagements, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to create meaningful social impact.

You will manage communications, monitor participation, and help run Stegra’s community spaces, with a focus on inclusion and safety. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
• Strong relationship-building and service mindset.
• Proven ability to coordinate and manage projects from planning to delivery.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local community and partners.
• Plan and deliver community engagement activities with internal teams.
• Coordinate communication between Stegra and the community, handling questions and feedback.
• Address grievances professionally and escalate when needed.
• Monitor activities, gather feedback, and report on outcomes.
• Operate Stegra's meeting place and lookout tower, ensuring safety and welcoming use.
• Assist with logistics, promotion, and collaboration with partners.
